A gas infrastructure company in Norway, a UK-based non-profit organisation working in journalism and politics, and a German conglomerate have all integrated AI-based systems to automate cognitive tasks at the workplace. The systems assist workers in their core tasks and allow them to operate under better OSH conditions reports osha.europa.eu in a recent policy brief.
The brief examines the experience of the three different-sized companies and offers recommendations for the implementation of these technologies in the workplace, taking into consideration the workers’ physical and mental wellbeing as well as data privacy.
