WHLGNI collaborates with renowned mental health professionals, to share their knowledge and experiences when addressing employee mental wellbeing.
Running online during April and May the webinars build into a series on employee mental health, and aim to arm employers with the knowledge to identify, understand, and support employees who are struggling to cope.
The webinars will bring together influencers from the Health & Safety/Occupational Health/HR/Wellbeing/Occupational Hygiene disciplines alongside Employee Champions/Health and Safety Representatives and other employees with an interest in workplace health and wellbeing.
Starting with identifying the issues, the webinars cover managing home workers, mental health first aid, a practical example of how an organisation supports an employee through a mental ill health journey, and ends with the steps necessary to improve employees’ wellbeing.
