The Management Standards have been developed as a best practice approach for employers and to help reduce the levels of work-related stress at an organisational level.
Unacceptable behaviours can include bullying and harassment. Effective management of relationships at work will help ensure procedures are in place to prevent or deal with unacceptable behaviour and to report it.
That employees indicate that they are not subjected to unacceptable behaviours e.g. bullying at work and systems are in place locally to respond to any individual concerns.
